The Georgia Neuro Center at The Medical Center of Central Georgia is recognized by the Joint Commission as a primary stroke center and has received the Gold Seal of Approval™.

We continue to actively develop our nationally recognized Stroke Care Center to meet the needs of our community and beyond. In December 2009 our stroke center was presented the Get With The Guidelines® Bronze Performance Award from the American Stroke Association.
